ISSS Member Registration Rates
To be eligible for the ISSS member rates, you must be a current ISSS member at the commencement of the Conference. Click here for more information about ISSS membership.
Early Bird Registration
To be entitled to the early bird registration fee, you must have registered and paid in full by Monday 31 March 2025.
Student Registration
A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution, or a holder of an international student card (submitted in English). Student ID may be requested upon checking in to the Conference. A copy of your student identification card must be uploaded during the registration process or emailed to the Conference Managers via email at register.isss2025@arinexgroup.com. Without this, the full registration fee will be charged.
Session Recordings
Some sessions from the Conference will be recorded and made available after the event. Attendees will have the opportunity to purchase access to view these recordings at a later date.
Visa Requirements
All visitors travelling to Australia must have a valid visa. It is strongly recommended that Australian visa applications are lodged at least two months prior to departure from your point of origin. Please contact register.isss2025@arinexgroup.com should you require a welcome letter. Welcome letters will only be issued to registered and paid delegates.

The Conference Managers are not responsible for any mandatory quarantine fees and travel and border responsibility rests with the individual arriving into Perth, Western Australia.
Important Note Regarding Scam Emails from Third Parties
Please note communications sent by external travel providers are not associated with Arinex. All official event travel and event arrangements, and communications regarding your registration will be sent to you directly by Arinex. If you receive any external communications please note proceeding with booking with an external provider is at your own risk and no liability will be borne by the event organisers. Registration Form

All registration types entitles all delegates to the following:
- Attendance to all sessions
- Daily catering: morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
- One ticket to the Welcome Reception
- Option to purchase tickets to the Conference Dinner
- Access to select recorded sessions from the Conference, to be made available after the event
- Access to discounted accommodation rates at via Booking.com unique link
Registration confirmation
Your completed registration and successful payment will be automatically acknowledged via email with confirmation attaching a tax invoice and receipt. If your email does not come through to your inbox, please check your junk mail settings. Your registration will only be confirmed upon full payment of fees.
Name badge
Each delegate will receive a name badge when they check in at the registration desk. The badge will be your official pass to obtain entry to all sessions and included social functions. You are responsible for having your badge clearly visible at all times and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behavior from delegates and reserve the right to revoke the name badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
Bank transfer
Payment by bank transfer will be available from the registration open date and will close one month prior to the Conference. Attendees will receive an invoice for the registration fee within their registration confirmation email that is sent upon completion of the registration form. Payment is required within 14 days from the date of invoice.
Registrations with outstanding payments over 14 days will be advised of cancellation if payment is not received within seven days of notification.
Credit card
Attendees can select to pay via credit card upon registration, which is the Conference’s preferred method of payment. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by Arinex’.
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers by emailing register.isss2025@arinexgroup.com.
Cancellations on or before Monday 4 August 2025 will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from Tuesday 5 August 2025 to Sunday 17 August 2025 will incur a 50% refund of fees paid.
Cancellations on or after Monday 18 August 2025 will receive no refund.
Social function tickets are non-refundable from Monday 18 August 2025.
This information is correct at the time of publishing. The Conference Managers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference program, and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Conference Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.
The Conference Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for continued learning, promotional, advertising or reporting of the Conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.
The Conference Managers of ISSS 2025 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behavior. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct which all attendees are expected to comply with.
